2 separate witnesses, Tom Niehaus and Sharline Wilson, independently of each other, who do not know each other, who both passed polygraphs, both state that Dan Harmon was on the tracks with Kevin Ives and Don Henry on the night they were both murdered.

The one witness, Sharline Wilson, even wrote and signed a confession letter of her participation in the murders of Kevin and Don.
This letter was only brought to light last year(2015).
