Keto Fish Dip
Ingredients:
• 8 ounces of cooked fish (such as cod, salmon, trout, or mackerel), flaked
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
• 1 tablespoon chopped chives
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: hot sauce or chili flakes for added spice
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked cooked fish with softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
2. Fold in the salt and pepper, chopped fresh dill and chives.
3. Taste the fish dip and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed. For added heat, you can also mix in some hot sauce or chili flakes.
4. Serve with your favorite low-carb dippers, such as cucumber slices, celery sticks, bell pepper strips, keto-friendly crackers, or cheese crisps.
