We found out that Blaze Pizza has a Keto crust option so when we came to visit Disney Springs we decided to check it out and see how will their Keto option holds up! They also have a new Cauliflower crust pizza option as well!
We did the build your own pizza option and using the nutrition calculator on the Blaze Pizza website, each slice of pizza using the Keto crust and the toppings we chose (garlic pesto sauce, goat cheese, gorgonzola, olvalini mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, applewood bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms, red onion, spinach, arugula, and olive oil) it came out to 3g of carbs per slice (16g fat, 16g protein). There are 6 slices in total so if you ate the whole pizza it would be 17g of carbs. Still under 20g for an entire pizza which is not bad!
