This is Mike McCabe the weather guy at KEPR. He was trying to give the weather as a skeleton. But I don't think it worked as good as he thought it did. We could still see him. This is for laughs and also for the people that did not get to see him because of charter cable had a fiber optic line cut so a lot of people were not able to see the news.
