Here's a demonstration of the Kenwood TH-D74 firmware update procedure. If you are not comfortable with this, I recommend that you don't do it. Even if it is a simple procedure, it can not be interrupted during the process, as this may damage the device. If in doubt, consult your authorized dealer.
