The Entry Experience is a 3,000-sqft freestanding LED video spectacular that welcomes visitors to the Kennedy Space Center's Visitor Complex. The massive video screen stands 30 feet high and extends 90 feet around a smooth curve with only a 5-foot radius, providing views from all areas of the entrance to the theme park.
Built with EMPIRE™ Exterior LED display technology, the Kennedy Entry Experience features a 6.6 mm pixel pitch and more than 6.1 million total pixels. Custom design characteristics include structural stability to withstand 150-mph winds, a water-drainage system, and lightning protection features. The display optimally designed for 3D anamorphic content and from a certain vantage point provides astounding 3D illusions where astronauts, rockets, and spaceships appear to pop out of the screen.
