In Chapter 14 of 17 in his 2014 Capture Your Flag interview, digital media executive Ken Rona answers "What Role Do Negotiation Skills Play in Your Work?" Rona shares that for contract negotiation, he let's his team do the negotiating and focuses his time on approvals. He finds he negotiates more working across business units to get the right people in the right job functions. He finds this negotiation involves priority setting and process facilitation. Ken Rona is currently Founder and CEO of YourCall.tv, a digital media startup allowing anyone to become a broadcaster. At the time of this interview, he was a VP Audience Data and Analysis Platforms at Turner Broadcasting. Rona earned a BA and MA from Stony Brook University and a PhD in Behavioral Economics from Duke University.
