Sometimes it’s nice to have a short form reading of just the documents without hours and hours of commentary, spirited yelling, and surprise loud noises from soundboards. In this “LawTube Adjacent” video series, I’m reading aloud the files, motions, and affidavits from The Commonwealth of Massachusetts vs Karen Read. To maintain fluency and efficiency, I generally hop over the source reference citation numbers and subsections of case law throughout the documents, but if you’re curious, you can always pause the screen to see the specifics.
