Kell Echo finally one phased! I was streaming this for 12 hours a day trying to get it done, the ports are completely RNG and if one hits you then the run is basically over. The damage is suuuuuper tight, with maybe one or two heavy attacks worth of leeway on any of the sword plates. Had probably 10 runs all within 300k damage of killing the boss, all having a port or no ammo drop. The Stag was the exotic we settled on, the rift energy enabled me to sword on more than just the first and last plate, and sword was really the only viable option for DPS coupled with the new Exotic Witherhoard for passive DPS while swording/in between plates.
Build: Top Tree Nova Bomb with The Stag, using Blast Radius to get charged with light off of double kills with GLs on the hobgoblins. Stacks on Stacks was used to get 2 points of charged with light at a time instead of one, since every "sword plate" lasted about 15 seconds which ended up taking 3 stacks of charged with light. Supercharged let me max out to 4 stacks which meant I had almost 100% uptime on the Lucent Blade buff on every plate. Overload grenades allowed me to be more liberal with my rift timing, since they lower the damage the boss was doing to me on top of all the resist mods I was stacking.

Helmet - The Stag with Concussive Dampener, double Sword Finder

Chest - Minor Resist, Overload Grenades, Sword Reserves, Lucent Blade
Legs - Boss Resist, double Enhanced Sword Scav, Supercharged
Bond - Solar Resistance, Oppressive Darkness, Blast Radius
