To celebrate todays long-awaited release of Rebirth, I uploaded yet another Isaac YTPMV-BGM video. Enjoy!

The video was already made over half a year ago in March, as the release date kept getting pushed back.

I know damn well none of you Isaac fans will watch this video today, as youll be busy playing Rebirth in an ecstatic state of joy for the next couple of hours straight.
And who can blame you, weve been waiting about a year for Rebirth. (Spoilers: Well worth the wait!)

Item combination:
- Blood Bag (Activated Item)
- The Virus (Passive Item)
- Bloody Penny (Trinket)
How it works:
The Blood Bag recharges immediately, but consumes half a heart on use.
It spawns 1-3 coins (either pennies, nickles or even dimes). You can usually use it a second time without taking damage since youre shortly invincible.
In Chapter 4 and 5 damage that inflicts half a heart is doubled, but also increases the period of time where you cannot be harmed, so you can use the Blood Bag four times there at the cost of one heart.
The Bloody Penny gives you a 50% chance to spawn half a heart upon collecting a coin. So this basically means after collecting the coins you got from the Blood Bag you usually get more health back than you sacrificed.
Since youre invincible through self-inflicting yourself most of the time, this makes any room or enemy mostly harmless.
Now when you also have the Virus, you inflict poison damage to enemies by touching them. This would usually be merely an emergency relief since you dont want to bump into them on purpose because youd end up killing yourself pretty quick. But since youre invincible most of the time due to using the Blood Bag, theres no downside in touching them anymore.
Youll also get bloody rich. Like, literally.
TL;DR: This is a bloody sick item combination. Money is power, even if you dont have the item of the same name.")

Fun fact: This is the third time i upload a video entitled Final Ending for the same game.
So, this is the impertatively very last, unavoidably absolute FINAL ending that came with v1.3,
after we thought the Cathedral ending was the final ending with the release of Wrath of the Lamb,
after we thought the Sheol ending was the final ending when the Halloween Update was out,
after we thought the tenth ending with ??? in the chest was the final ending when we had beaten Moms Heart for the ninth time,
after we thought the ending we got after beating Mom in the Depths was the final ending...
Oh BoI, were we wrong when we thought the game was over after beating Mom!
Well, jokes aside.
This ending changes my interpretative approaches of the previous endings A LOT. And certainly not just mine.
I like how Edmund still left a lot open for us to construe the story behind The Binding of Isaac in detail.
One thing is for sure though: This aint a happy ending.")
