The Kefka Grand Prix Deluxe is a new event in the Worlds Collide community where you get to pick from 3 different "carts" awarding different points for your ranking finish, 4 different "tracks" or flagsets to choose from and 20 different magic spells to play with to mess with the times of the runners in the heat.
