One thing I forgot to mention is Kefka's dislike of imperilers since they use a debuff slot in a very important way. If it's not framed, you risk losing weakness damage when Kefka eventually uses Trine, or you. If it is framed, you risk losing HP Silence if you use Trine into Light of Judgment!
