Here's a quick tutorial on how to do a proper, Docker based update for your PiHole installation. The only tool required here is a terminal connection to your Docker host, with your favorite SSH client (for me, it's PuTTY).
Note: If you're running PiHole in Docker, avoid using the built-in update mechanism of PiHole! Even technically it probably works, there's a much cleaner method for updating Docker containers!
