Some days I can’t figure out what keeps us going…sure I have trouble getting out of a chair sometimes… and lately steps are a challenge….Moosie is pretty much in a wheelchair now with balance and mobility issues…but the Good Lord must be telling us to keep pushing on….and when we do…we’re always glad we have made the effort. In this video we are having a great weekend with family and friends…and that makes us happy. Isn’t that what it’s all about? 🩷

DutchBoy Recipe (Finnish Pancake)

Put 7 or 8 pats of butter in 9x13 pan and heat for 2 mins at 425 degrees
Mix 1 and 1/2 cups milk,1 and 1’/2 cups flour, 5 eggs
and pour into 9x13 hot buttered pan.
Bake for 25 mins at 425 degrees
Serve with lemon and powdered sugar
