I call this a 'creepycaptcha'. They're like the rare or shiny version of a regular captcha. They might be trying to brainwash you, scare you, who knows. One things for sure, they're a rare encounter, and are an experience you'd never forget (or get anyone to believe.)
'Keep Your Eyes On The Circle' is immediately off-putting because of the dark and rudimentary aesthetic. With bare minimum graphic design graphic design, it feels off-putting and sterile. It seems though that the simplistic UI might be necessary to deliver specially designed subliminal messages straight to your brain meat. What these messages are instructing you to do? Well, I don't know. All I know is, I'm a good boy.
