Nutrient build-up can affect conductivity readings, so a quick clean helps keep your measurements on track.
Twist and remove the shroud, add 1 to 2 drops of Bluelab Conductivity Probe Cleaner to the probe face, then rub firmly with a Bluelab Chamois. Rinse under running tap water while scrubbing, then check the probe face. Water should form a smooth film with no beading.
Refit the shroud and test in 2.77 EC Conductivity Standard Solution. Once the reading stabilises, you’re ready to measure with confidence.
