Whenever you get a mower in that you're doing service on or if you have a mower that
you want to make sure it stays maintained for many years of use you need to look at
things like what I have in this video. on this model which is a craftsman but also
applies to MTD and John Deere and cub cadet and also Yard Machine you need to pay
attention to your oil levels and air filter condition. also if you have a self propel
like this model you need to keep debris from building up around the belt area and
underneath the covers. speaking of covers you also have to make sure that you do not get a lot of grass build up underneath the blower housing to where it blocks the cooling fins for the cylinder on the engine. after all these engines are air cooled and if there's no error during the cooling it will overheat and seize up. so I'll show you a problem that this customer had with his blade and installing it incorrectly causing a vibration.
