Kechie's Project is leading the fight in New York City to #BringBackOurGirls. Kechie's Project is a New York based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged and under-represented girls in Nigeria to reach beyond their poverty, gender and cultural limitations. We provide educational scholarships in Nigeria, while providing mentorship opportunities to our girls in Harlem, NY. We know that when girls are educated and empowered they become scientist, educators, CEO's, doctors, lawyers and phenomenal mothers that raise the standards for the next generation of girls in Africa, who positively impact their family, their country and the global community.
