Rick Mitchell was a volunteer programmer at KBOO from 1974 to 1987. Over that time he hosted many different types of programs. Before he left Portland in 1987 his weekly show was called Saturday Night Jam: Interboogie-ology. He was Development Director for a brief period in the late 1970's. He served on various committees and as chair of the Programming Committee.
