On 22nd September 2021- World Rhino Day 2021, Assam Forest Department made history by consigning to flames nearly 2479 Rhino horns in Kaziranga National Park - a world record and a strong message that Rhino horns have no medicinal or any other value
Felis Creations and Assam Forest Department collaborated to document the historic event in the presence of the Hon.Chief Minister of Assam along with various top officials of the Assam Forest Department and MOEFCC.
Over the years, rhinos have been poached for their horns, for the myth of being used in traditional medicines and its exotic value as a souvenir.
