sentinels will be the focus on receiving changes. also kayo's molly is being nerfed a bit. also i mentioned chamber,killjoy,cypher,sage as they are sentinels in general, not guaranteed all of them receive changes. cypher and chamber are confirmed getting changes, sage and killjoy are debatable.
