The biggest changes come inside the motor, where a modified cylinder head sits waiting and ready to accept high lift cams (which must be ordered as part of the race kit). The tappets in the valve train get DLC coating to help reduce friction and mechanical loss, and the crank cases have been beefed up to better deal with the stress of the race tune.
