The biggest of the legendary six-cylinder motorcycles: the Kawasaki Z1300. While Honda's CBX and Benelli's Sei were air-cooled, Kawasaki went its own way — a 1,286cc liquid-cooled DOHC inline six with shaft drive. And from 1984, Digital Fuel Injection brought power up to 130 hp.

This black 1984 Z1300 DFI comes from a private collection, is in top condition, and is accompanied by an extensive documentation file. We filmed this video in France in 36°C heat — and the liquid-cooled six didn't miss a beat.
