In this video I explain in detail how i make copper cylinder head gaskets and paper gaskets for my Kawasaki Z1 Super Six, explaining the techniques and tools i use. These techniques could be used for just about any engine. The copper sheet i used was 1.2mm thick and 99.9% pure, and is readily available on Ebay in various sizes and thicknesses.
