Did you know you can visit Kauai’s resorts and access their beaches? We didn’t!
You can enjoy the same beautiful views and relax by the beach without having to spend hundreds of dollars a night! (You just can’t use their beach chairs and umbrellas).
So we took this amazing opportunity to check out the Princeville Resort (previously the St. Regis) and Pu’u Poa beach.
The first time we were there Chris was the only one who snorkeled and while it rained, he said the waters were clearer and there were a lot more fish around.
We were a little shocked at how murky the water was this time, but nevertheless we had a blast playing together and seeing a few colorful fish :)

After getting married, we realized that owning a big house and working at a big company wasn't our definition of success and it certainly wasn’t making us happy.
We realized that we are our happiest when we’re traveling and learning about different cultures, so we decided to follow that passion and go on an adventure around the world.
