Katsucon is one of those anime conventions that even when the convention is practically over after closing ceremonies, there are still plenty cosplayers milling around even late at night at the gazebo area and around the atrium area. Over the years since the convention moved to national harbor, more and more attendees stick around way late at night, even after 11pm. This leaves me with more cosplayers and atmospheric scenes to photograph. There are many times that I stuck around until 11pm or midnight, even after dinner before I leave.
