On February 7, 2014, the United Nations Commission of Inquiry (COI) on the situation of human rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea completed its final report.

To mark the 10th anniversary of the COI's report, HRNK is sharing remarks and reflections from officials and leading experts.

Today, we are sharing remarks by Dr. Katrina Lantos Swett, the Co-Chair of HRNK's Board of Directors and the President of the Lantos Foundation for Human Rights and Justice.
