On May 8, 2023, Huntsman Cancer Institute dedicated the Kathryn F. Kirk Center for Comprehensive Cancer Care and Women's Cancers. This expansion to the flagship campus of Huntsman Cancer Institute adds more than a million square feet to our clinical and research enterprise. The Kathryn F. Kirk Center holds 48 inpatient rooms, 4 operating rooms, and expanded space for endoscopy, mammography, wellness, and more dedicated space for the care of blood and bone marrow cancers.
With the opening of the Kathryn F. Kirk Center, Huntsman Cancer Institute now spans more than one million square feet of state-of-the-art space for cancer research, discovery, and care.
We extend our thanks to the generous donors who made this expansion possible and the more than one million supporters who help us bring world-class research and care to those who need it most.
