- This has some Season Four spoilers in it (Season Four will start by Friday, we're only three chapters away from it, peeps).
- Even though Lana/Dean will ALWAYS have their angst, the MAJORITY of the angst Season Four for "Hunting Demons" is with Kate/Sam since so far they've been pretty "perfect".
- Kate has a LOT to deal with: Lana giving up, Dean shutting down, Sam choosing to continue to try and find himself and she becomes the one that everyone leans on even though she has her own family issues to deal with--she's simply their rock and she takes it all even though its hard for her to do it on her own.
- But no matter what...Sam's there by her side, and she's there by his, even when they both feel like just for a moment, it would be easier for the other one if they just walked away but they can't--they're in love.

VOICEOVERS:

Kate (about Lana): It would be best for...all of us if she...took a little time off...a little breather.

Sam: You can't do this, to ME. I've got one thing--one thing keeping me going.
