Techno-ish jam with bastl minimal setup.
The Kastle has a unique digital lo-fi sound, and it can be melodic, rhythmic, as well as very noisy and droning, soft or harsh. It was designed to be fun on its own, but it thrives the most in an ecosystem of other modular gear.
The Kastle Drum is a mini modular synthesizer with a headphone output, 2 in/out ports for interfacing other gear, and it runs on just 3 AA batteries. It is ideal for beginners in modular synthesis, but it will add some quite unique functionality to any modular synthesizer system. The Dude has the option of running on four AA batteries or an external power supply, and it's almost as small as its battery pack, making it easy to fit inside a pocket. The mixer is monophonic, but it can drive your headphones, making it the best choice for small portable rigs or sub-mixes on stage.
Its mini-jack input and output offer the ability to mix 5 audio channels. Each channel has a dedicated mute button and up to +20dB gain to boost weak signals and saturate line-level signals.
