After my first two visits to Dezerland Park Orlando two weeks ago, I had to go back in and do some more go-kart racing... so here's a second take of my driver's PoV around Karting Orlando's "Pro" circuit! This time, it was without any major incidents, and I also improved on my fastest lap time during this run.
Dezerland Park Orlando utilizes the structure of the former Festival Bay mall, which was then converted into Artegon Marketplace before its closure. The Orlando Auto Experience, a museum featuring various automobiles from the collection of real estate developer, Michael Dezer, is flanked by other core attractions within the building. Karting Orlando is off to the guests' left when they enter through the main entrance, and Bowling Orlando and Arcade Orlando are off to their right, across from the Bond Lounge, which, like the rest of the entertainment center, is in its soft opening phase and currently offers a limited menu; other amenities, including a bar and a James Bond-themed exhibit are expected to open this year. Other attractions set to open within the next couple of months include the Pinball Palace, Replay Lounge (an AR arcade), and Hello Park (which is expected to be a "revolutionary multimedia playground" for children).
