We only deal with family farms and not corporate farms. We are trying to replicate the environment of Egyptian Kamut wheat in its natural, organic, never sprayed nor modified state.

Because our Kamut wheat grows in such a dry climate with just rainwater to help it grow, it develops an even higher concentration of protein while also being one of the most digestible wheats for breads and baking that you can find.

So many of our customers are thrilled to learn that they can enjoy this wheat without difficulty.
