📽️ Traffic has eased on some Kampala roads following the government's 100-day crackdown on dangerously and mechanically unsafe vehicles. The journey from Kansanga to the city centre, which could take about 20 minutes during heavy traffic, is now taking as little as seven minutes.

Traffic along Jinja Road has also eased, with motorists reporting journeys that previously took about 12 minutes in congestion now taking just 2 to 3 minutes.
