-Easily can be made bigger or smaller
1 bunch of kale
dinosaur or curry kale (both work, I like to mix and match)
Add 1 had a ripe avocado per bunch of kale
Sprouts any kind
I like sunflower and alfalfa most and usually use both
Apple cider vinegar
Or lemon or both
Sea salt
Pepper
(optional Cayenne pepper)
Nutritional yeast
to taste (I use a lot)
Hemp seeds
(to taste, I use a lot)
assorted veggies / fruit
Radishes chopped
Small green apple
(what we used)
Optional add ins:
arugala or other greens (to bulk up for the second day)
Carrots
tomato
cucumber
Pumpkin seeds
grapefruit pieces
Olive oil
I like adding a scoop of raw sauerkraut for probiotics and taste.
