Kalavati Tarana, a Drut composition by Vidushi Arati Ankalikar-Tikekar in Raag Kalavati, Teentaal. This Indian classical music piece, arranged by Mahesh Raghvan, presents Hindustani classical Tarana in a World fusion format while preserving the melodic phrases and taans just the way they are sung in a traditional arrangement. The highlights of this piece are the way the taans are explored and variations on the bandish line are improvised, as well as the use of the Western instrument Clarinet to add a World music flavor to it. This Hindustani fusion is an online collaboration by Vaishnavi Kondapalli (Vocals) and Mahesh Raghvan (Clarinet on GeoShred).
