Kako zamijeniti filter zraka VW Golf V 1.9 TDI 2006...Zamjena filtera goriva svodi se na otvaranje kućišta filtera, uklanjanje starog filtera i čišćenje kućišta od eventualnih nečistoća ili ostataka goriva. Obavezno skinite staru gumicu (O-ring) s poklopca filtera i ugradite novu koja dolazi uz filter. Prije montaže preporučuje se lagano podmazati novu gumicu dizel gorivom radi boljeg brtvljenja.
Nakon toga ugradite novi filter, vratite poklopac i ravnomjerno zategnite vijke. Potreban je osnovni alat, a cijeli posao traje oko 20 minuta. Upalite vozilo i neka radi 10-tak minuta. Preporučena zamjena: svakih 15.000 do 20.000 kilometara ili jednom godišnje.
Znakovi da je filter zraka prljav:
- Teško paljenje motora
- Gubitak snage pri ubrzanju
- Trzanje tokom vožnje
- Neravnomjeran rad motora u leru
- Veća potrošnja goriva
- Motor se gasi pod opterećenjem
- Lampica "Check Engine" može se upaliti
- Kod dizelaša problemi pri većim brzinama i uzbrdicama.

Replacing the fuel filter involves opening the filter housing, removing the old filter, and cleaning the housing of any dirt, debris, or fuel residue. Be sure to remove the old O-ring (seal) from the filter cap and install the new one supplied with the filter. Before installation, it is recommended to lightly lubricate the new O-ring with diesel fuel to ensure a proper seal.
Next, install the new fuel filter, refit the cap, and tighten the bolts evenly. Only basic tools are required, and the entire procedure takes approximately 20 minutes.
Start the engine and let it idle for about 10 minutes. Recommended replacement interval: every 15,000 to 20,000 km (9,000 to 12,000 miles) or once per year.
Signs of a clogged fuel filter:
* Hard starting
* Loss of power during acceleration
* Engine hesitation or jerking while driving
* Rough or unstable idle
* Increased fuel consumption
* Engine stalling under load
* Check Engine Light may illuminate
* Diesel engines may experience problems at higher speeds or when driving uphill
