Unfortunately does not work with Down A RI for using FW as you cannot get Return A and Down A at the same time (as far as I know)
jbop has a more involved strategy for void warping using a crate which works in the Down A case: youtube.com/watch?v=mRlCpHQYCcA
On VC this dive spot is free as you can use sticks to clip into the potion shop and get ISG at the dive spot itself.
