Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters was the second attempt from Wizards of the Coast to bring over Duel Masters from Japan to see if it could work well and be a hit with North American audiences. However, things may have gone the original way things went with Duel Masters as Kaijudo didn't end up sticking around for too long, despite the cartoon series being highly rated and a dedicated enough fan base of the card game.
