Incredible work by our K9 teams!
January 29, 2025 after reports of a student bringing a handgun to a metro high-school, these highly trained K9s were called in to search—and they didn’t disappoint. Sgt. Reimche/K9 Jugger, and Sgt. Gilmore/K9 Gunnar responded and successfully located a hidden handgun magazine in a Cheetos bag in a desk drawer. These K9’s played a crucial role in keeping the school safe.
K9 units are an invaluable part of law enforcement, using their incredible senses to detect danger and protect our communities. Huge praise for these dedicated dogs and their handlers!
