Jefferson County Sheriff canine Graffit was shot and killed in the line of duty on Feb. 13. Officers escorted his body to the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital/Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory for a post-mortem examination. Our staff was honored to perform this final act of compassion for this fallen service member.
