The K-9 Cop that shot the dog is Keenan Wallace. (Yes I said K-9 Cop) He did not shoot the dog for being aggressive, (9 pound dog) he shot it in retaliation (or mental illness) for the man recording the video, for not leaving his own porch. This X cop is a monster. It was not even that man's dog. Keenan Wallace was fired, he should lose the right to carry a gun for life and never be permitted to own any animals because he does not hesitate to be cruel to animals . He needs a Felony Charge for this. Plus 3 years in Jail. Also the neighbor who pointed a gun at the homeowner needs to be investigated. She called the cops.
1. Neighbor does not like barking small dogs (neighborhood dogs)
2. She pulls a gun and aims it at neighbor and the dogs...he must have told her not to.She then calls the cops.
3. She needs to go to jail for brandishing a weapon against this man, who I am told is a distinguished helicopter pilot for ER..
4. The neighbors and kids in the neighborhood took care of the few nine pound dogs they love. Please Subscribe...
