(LONG CONVERSATION) These Questions SHOCKED the Jehovah’s Witness the Bible Teaches the Trinity STREET TALK with Kelly Powers 2026-08-17 | (MUST WATCH) Rare online conversation with a Jehovah's Witness asking questions on the Trinity! This Jehovah's Witness reached out to me to have a live conversation debating the Trinity, and asking questions. This was one of the best discussions I have had with a Jehovah's Witness open to the Trinity and seeking answers, and at the same time asking me hard questions. This was a friendly Christian vs Jehovah's Witness debate on the Trinity and I hope that you enjoy this conversation which is extremely rare to see in real life and even more rare to see live online. Some of the main Scriptures that were discussed that a lot of times that Christians and Jehovah's Witnesses debate were Genesis 1:26, Genesis 5:1-2, Exodus 3:1-15, Exodus 3:14, John 8:58, John 1:1, Philippians 2:5-11, John 1:3, Colossians 1:15, Colossians 1:16-17, Revelation 3:14, Proverbs 8:22, and of course John 17:3 which Jehovah's Witnesses believes refutes the Trinity doctrine. In this discussion we looked online at the jw website and examined the Kingdom Interlinear Translation and compared that to John 1:1, Colossians 1:16-17, Philippians 2:5-11, Hebrews 1:3, Revelation 3:14, John 8:58, and more. We also examined and looked at the New World Translation 2013 study edition note on Colossians 1:16 which says if you read the Bible literal (compare with Kingdom Interlinear Translation) you will believe Jesus is the Creator of all things and not created! Questions discussed was is the Father the only true God according to John 17:3, and if that is so does that make Jesus a false God? Was Jesus first to be created or is Jesus the Creator of all things? Is the Trinity doctrine that God is one person or 3 distinct persons? Is the Trinity doctrine true or is the Trinity doctrine false? In this discussion my focus was getting these Jehovah's Witnesses to examine the accuracy of the New World Translation with their Kingdom Interlinear Translation, and to examine the context of what the Scriptures teach. Who is the 144,000 and who is the Great Crowd? In this street conversation I spoke with 3 Jehovah’s Witnesses about the 144,000, the Governing Body ie the Anointed Class and the Great Crowd, and what the Bible teaches. This is a good example on how to effectively have conversations talking with Jehovah’s Witnesses and how to effectively witness to Jehovah's Witnesses takes time, study, preparation, prayer, and of course experience talking with Jehovah's Witnesses. This was a very respectful discussion in which I am very thankful for having this conversation talking with these Jehovah's Witnesses, particularly the Jehovah’s Witness Circuit Overseer Elder, and my hope and prayer is that seeds were planted that they will truly examine the Scriptures in comparison to what they have been taught by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society on what the gospel is, how to get eternal life, who goes to heaven, the 144000 and the great crowd, and why Jehovah's Witnesses need to put their faith in Jesus Christ alone to be saved and not in their taking in knowledge or their works to be saved. Some people go to Jehovah's Witnesses carts and do what is called a street cart crash, and I don't go them to do a street cart crash but to have good respectful conversations with Jehovah's Witnesses. Does Bible teach in Revelation 7 and Revelation 14 that only 144000 go to heaven, and does the Bible teach there is another group called the Great Crowd that will live on earth? Who is the 14400 and who is the great crowd in Revelation 19:1-3? Why is the 144,000 growing? Why is the 144,000 the only ones to participate in the Lord’s Supper ie communion? Christian SHOCKS Mormons Asking Questions on Joseph Smith and Was God Once a Man Who Became a God? STREET TALK with Kelly Powers 2026-05-09 | Questions Mormons can't answer! What do Latter Day Saints believe that is false, unbiblical, and why are Mormons not Christians? In this street talk conversation I had with Mormon Missionaries let me be clear it was respectful and my heart is that they learn the errors of Mormonism and come out, and become genuine born again Christians. Mormons have different beliefs and doctrines on the Godhead, and reject the Trinity that there is one God revealed through 3 distinct persons. Mormons believe the Father the Son ie Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit are 3 separate Gods, and this is false. The Trinity is biblical and for videos on that check out my Berean Perspective channel. In this discussion I asked a few questions that Mormons can’t answer on what do Mormons believe about God the Father ie Elohim in Hebrew and what do Mormons believe about Jesus Christ as LORD ie YWHW in Hebrew, and how they understand what is called the Shema in Deuteronomy 6:4 which states: Hear o Israel the LORD our God the LORD is one. My question is according to them that would be 2 separate Gods and if they believe that how do they reconcile Deuteronomy 6:4 which teaches the LORD is one. In fact the Old Testament is quite clear God and LORD are one of the same, and not 2 separate Gods. In Mormonism they believe the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit are 3 separate Gods which is polytheism and is idolatry. My second question got to the specific teachings of Joseph Smith in what is called the King Follett discourse which is recorded in the History of the Church Volume 6 pages 302-306 that God has not been God from all eternity, that God is not from everlasting to everlasting God, but that God was once a man who became a God, and that men can become Gods. This is taught by many Latter Day Saints ie Mormon prophets and apostles, and in many official Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints publications. The Bible is quite clear and refutes and exposes these false teachings of Joseph Smith and the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. There is more information below on this showing why Joseph Smith is a false prophet and not of God, and that the teachings of Mormonism is not Christian. I Asked 55 Random People Who is Jesus and the Responses Were Shocking! STREET TALK with Kelly Powers 2026-04-12 | I asked 55 people who do they believe Jesus is? Some said mother nature, some said other, some said we don't talk about politics, some completely did not want to talk, some said they believed, and some was not sure. These are some good Bible questions to ask and to see what kinds of answers people will say in response. This was a very great day having street conversations with people in a respectful manner about what the Bible teaches from John 3:16 that God loves them, that Jesus loves them, and that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to give His life on the cross and was resurrected from the dead, and I encouraged people to believe and have faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord to be saved. I talked with some Sikhs, Muslims, Atheists, Christians, Catholics, Agnostics, and others on who is Jesus Christ, and what did they believe about Jesus Christ. Street Debate Christian vs Muslim on John 17:3 and the Trinity! How Can Jesus Be God in John 17:3? STREET TALK with Kelly Powers 2026-01-21 | Christian vs Muslim street debate on the Trinity! This was a live street debate with a Muslim who challenged me on Jesus is God and the Trinity this last Saturday when I was doing a live stream (Berean Perspective) street preaching the Gospel down at the Metropolis Mall in Metrotown, Burnaby (Vancouver BC)! This was a very respectful conversation with a Christian vs Muslim debate on the Trinity and John 17:3 in which the Muslim challenged me trying to prove Jesus is not God from that Scripture. Talking to Mormon Missionaries Asking Questions They Cant Answer on Joseph Smith & the Gospel! STREET TALK with Kelly Powers 2026-01-19 | I went to the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints Temple in Vancouver to see who might be interested to have a discussion and ended up talking with a few different people. I went inside the front door of the Temple as I was told I could go in and talk with someone which I did and had a nice discussion with lady and she mentioned she could get some Mormon Missionaries to come talk with me about what Latter Day Saints believe and I was that sounds good. STREET TALK with Kelly Powers 2026-01-14 | There are 3 things that Religious sects and non Christian Cults deny which is the Trinity, Deity of Jesus Christ, and the authority of the inspired Bible as the infallible and ultimate standard for truth known as Sola Scriptura, and Sola Fide known as Faith Alone in Jesus Christ. Is the Trinity biblical? Is Sola Fide biblical? Is Sola Scriptura biblical? Different Cults and Religious Sects that reject these 3 things are Mormons aka the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, Jehovah's Witnesses, Islam aka Muslims though they are their own religion, and others. The Roman Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ and the Trinity but both deny Sola Scriptura and Sola Fide ie Faith Alone in Christ Jesus to be saved. The Roman Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church both hold on to extra unbiblical teachings of traditions and dogmas that teach a different gospel than the Gospel of Jesus Christ which is major red flag with them and that is why I have mentioned them. All non Christian Cults teach unbiblical and false teachings that go contrary to what the Bible teaches in context.
