These devices allow to store a bunch of item very very quickly since they operate in parallel. One big difference I forgot to mention between those 2 design is the fact that the double speed one is way quicker at recognizing when to break the shulker while the 1x has to wait till the hopper gets filled up.
If you're wondering how I was able to slow down or freeze the in game time with those items, that was a scarpet script made by CommandLeo, it's not 100% complete. Once finished he's gonna publicly release it!

The array I showed can be built multiple times in parallel to speed up the process of sorting. The main logic of this system is: letting one box inside the dispenser then immediately lock the hopper to prevent other boxes to go in, now we check if the filter is active, if so the hopper remains locked otherwise we break the box. The comparator that points at the hopper of the previous module has the function of slowing down the flow of incoming shulkerboxes. Without that it can happen that some boxes might get lost. If you want further information about this kind of systems definitely check DatNerd's video where he gives a very nice explanation of how it works: youtu.be/D-Yoo-E8MxM

It's often used near big farms or in more advanced storage systems. As explained in the video this circuit can be setted to behave like a normal shulker box sorter or a multi one. You just have to edit the filter. normale filter: imgur.com/a/144xPhD multi filter: imgur.com/a/VaKe146 IMPORTANT: if you're using it as a multi make sure to input only completely full shulker boxes otherwise the system may break (if you're using it as a normal sorter you can input half filled shulker too)
Features: ° 1-wide tileable ° 24 gtick clock ° 6 gtick difference between item/shulker dropper lines ° NO buffer boxes ° the box gets broken in the same tick as the hopper gets unlocked ° up to 5 different shulkers per tile
Unfortunately we didn't manage to hide the comparator mantaining the same features, but actually we still like how it looks :].
Features: ° 1-wide tileable (so it can be used by multiple users at once) ° It breaks the box only when closing it (and it's empty obs) ° You can put back the items in case you took too many ° if you break the box or the system is empty you can always push the botton to dispense a new one
btw I completely forgot to explain why we used an obsidian ontop of the piston: we did that to prevent the system from breaking in the fourth case ( 3:29). Without it the piston would push the block and break the system.
I didn't include a tutorial since it's really really easy to build and you can clearly see every single block but if you still have some issues here an edited picture with some explanation of the blocks used: https://i.imgur.com/3SIAvIe.png

It's built in a diagonal fashion in order to make it chunk unloading proof (all the 3 droppers of a slice fires at the same time) while the old one couldn't do that. Forgot to mention in the video that this design use less materials than the former one and it's 1.16 compatible too! I've tried to focus more on the aesthetical point too since it's always nice to have a good looking storage ^-^ The only drawback of the this kind of systems is the density of the chests, I've tried numerous configuration but I don't seem to find a good one. At least it's super fast :P.
You can find all the storage systems shown in the world download if you want to test/build them: WORLD DOWNLOAD (1.15.2): mediafire.com/file/jxrcgz7jv4b6trv/super_fast_multi_item_storare_v2.rar/fileMinecraft Extremely Fast Silent Multi-Item Sorter [9000 Items/h] (1.11.2-1.16)SamosTheSage2020-05-02 | First of all I want to thank you for all the support received recently and for the 600 subs, it motivates me quite a lot!
Features (non-silent design): -extremely small and simple -dustless -9000 items/h -chunk unloading-proof -all the circuit is underground
We've used an alternating pattern of 1-wide modules which are flipped over every 2 blocks.
Features (silent design): -100% silent -kinda compact -dustless
As you can see this design has not a common or dense layout because of how we handled the circuit, but it's 2,5 times faster and way smaller than all previous designs. So if you don't need a huge amount of chests this design is optimal.
I got the idea like one week ago but I couldn't find a good layout for the droppers to make it 1-wide so here where Raffq came in and found the one you see in the video, found that I finished the circuit of both designs. If you want a block by block tutorial of both designs make sure to check out Raffq's video: youtu.be/1Vknco0mrcw

Take the "infinitely expandable" statement with a grain of salt, I perfectly know that minecraft world are not endless. Anyway... This design allows you to put one next to the other as many item frames (or lectners if you play mc 1.14+) as you want without taking too much space and keeping a really fast output. If you're playing in previous versions you can replace the barrels with furnaces. (Remember to set them up correctly!)
This design is based on the old concept by TangoTek: cycling the items through all the hoppers until they find the corresponding chest. Was made by diazuma and I for an italian server.
Features: -3600 items/h - 2-wide tileable modules -Silent -6 chests/double chests/shulkers per tile - Each tile is independent from the others
Each module has its own clock to prevent the system from breaking since when you unload the chunks while it's still sorting there's the possibility that some items get stucked in the droppers. So having multiple and indipendent clocks make sure that when you load those chunks again the system will keep sorting the remaining items. There's still a chance that some items will be stucked in the middle droppers (that won't break the system, but you won't have access to them) so if you care about that follow one of these solutions: 1) stay there until it's done sorting 2) make a switch to stop it 3) build a chunk loader
If you'r building it in a version lower than 1.14 you can use furnaces instead of barrels (always one item inside)

You can still see how it is during the first person part at the beginning, anyway you need to have the first slot empty (for the item you want to use) and then 18,1,1,1 renamed items.
This contraption can be really handy if you have tons of shulkerboxes and you don't want to check 1 by 1 all of them. It was meant to be 1.14+ but if you substitute the composter with a cauldron and the noteblock with an activator/powered rail you can still build it in 1.11.2+

We worked very hard to get to the size and speed it currently stands.
With this system you can sort up to 54 different items in one tile without the need to fill all the slots with the items you want to sort (like it happens in normal multi-item sorters). The system runs at 16gtick speed that is really good considering it doesn't use minecarts. Dimensions: 6x7x2 2-wide tileable modules It can sort 64/16 stackable items but not unstackables (don't worry if one gets into the system since it won't mess up anything and will end up in the final chest).

I just notice that the images of the filter/dropper in the video are not really clear so: -the item filter: 1,18,1,1,1 where the first item is the payment (diamonf) and the other are renamed items. -the memory cell: you can fill up completely the top dropper with junk items -pulse counter: put N items in just one of the droppers -pulse multiplier: put M items in just one of the droppers
If you're wondering about the rose bush... is just for aesthetics purposes lol. The same thing goes for iron trapdoors, you can use wooden ones to save materials.

Your objective is to recreate this secret input using a flower pot. All the circuit must be covered up (flush with the ground) so no redstone related blocks should be visible on the ground.
Some additional info about the rules: When I say no textures tirckery i mean you can't use some fancy resource packs that swap the textures of the blocks, using the default texture would be ideal! The only mods allowed are those which do not change the basic minecraft mechanics (optifine for instance). The circuit can't be used only a certain amount of times but it has to work endlessly. The circuit was built in 1.15.2 but as far as I'm aware it should be buildable in previous versions too.
Weird terrain by me lol. Some Storage Tech Stuff #5: Cheap Item Sorter, Boat/Minecart SorterSamosTheSage2020-02-12 | The first design is meant for those people who want a really simple and cheap design for their storage. Just alternate the 2 modules to avoid the overflow issue that other designs have.
The second design by CommandLeo is for 1.13 since it uses a waterlogged trapdoor. Btw it's not really necessary if you pre-sort the lava/water buckets
Last design exploits the fact that minecarts get placed onto rails by dispensers unlike other unstackables that can be tossed out or simply won't activate.
btw the thumbnail is not showing the actual design because I decided to change a few things after making it (and I'm way too lazy to make another thumbnail lol)Minecraft 1:N Automatic Shop + Tileable Pulse MultiplierSamosTheSage2020-02-03 | A really small tileable, customizable shop that can handle multiple inputs at once. To be a bit clearer: if the price for 23 hoppers is one diamond I can input directly 2 diamonds and get 46 hoppers. Another cool feature is that each tile is completely indipendent from the others (aside from the payment collection) so that multiple people can use it simultaneously. This design distributes items at 2x hopper speed and uses a pretty cool pulse multiplier that has actually 2 outputs. Btw you can easily substitute the barrels with droppers or chests and it becomes 1.12 compatible. This custom terrain was one of my old terraformings that I recycled for this video :] (you can find it in the world download).
Other good designs: youtube.com/watch?v=DZ5m32WIVYgFancy Storage System with Clean UI || Minecraft 1.15+SamosTheSage2020-01-18 | An important thing I completeley forgot to mention in the video: to be tileable you need to alternate between slime and honey block (that's why this is a 1.15+ contraption) Another really important thing to be aware: as you can seem from the first footage I'm not taking all the items inside the box with shift + left-click because the items would get dropped on the floor where the hopper for empty boxes stands. To avoid that you can just stand a couple of blocks away from the box So what is this storage system? It's a semi-bulk storage where you'll always have access to the items in the box if there are some. All of that with a really clean user interface! Features: -Item sorting system -Shulker box loader -Locking system -Shulker box display -Player manual request of a new shulker
The aim of this system was to always have access to the items stored and not wait for the loader to give a filled shulker. The shulker box display with the alternating slime/honey blocks was originally created by nnnik and epiphany, I just tweaked their design to fit in my storage. Original design: cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/639193775343665183/665147155450953728/unknown.png
I'm planning on doing this kind of storage for 1.12 as well since most of technical players stay in that version.
The shulker sorter is a smaller version of my previous design: youtube.com/watch?v=ekGdqtv-xjQ&t=10s even tho it uses 3 buffer shulkers which is not that optimal.

I'm pretty happy with both the 2-wide tileable design and the non-tileable one so I don't think I'm going to build another one :P. I hope I was as clear as possible when explaining all the logic, if you have any question, just ask :)
Little note about the shulker box comparator: ideally you want 2 hopper lines that distribute the shulkers simultaneously. The bottom part (splitter) must have 2 unstackables to work properly.
This shulker box merger takes two shulker boxes as inputs (the boxes can't be 100% nor empty, but I've already showcased two tileable designs that can deal with that) and merger the contents of the first one with the second one. To optimize the process a shulker box comparator decides which box will go first in the machine (I do that because unloading a semi-full shulker into a semi-empty shulker would lose a lot of time, with this contraption always the box with a superior signal strenght will be loaded). As mentioned in the video the shulker box comparator is still WIP. Once the boxes get to the first module they lock it until all the process is done (I've tried to avoid having one module occupied for just 2 boxes but was really hard and the system wouldn't be so compact). After the merging is finished the boxes go into the splitter which divides them into 3 hopper line: the first one for the empty shulker (that will go to theri separte storage); the second one for the partially filled ones which will come back to the shulker sorter that I showcased previously; the third one for the 100% full boxes (those will go to the main storage).
btw there's a little easter egg in the thumbnail :]Some Storage Tech Stuff #2: Full/Empty Shulker Box Sorter, Item-Shulker Box SorterSamosTheSage2019-12-27 | 3 simple circuits that you might find useful for you storage contraptions.

It's 1-wide tileable even tho the rails on top make it really annoying to build on the z axis. It runs at 1/3 hopper speed, not optimal but still decent since we are dealing with shulkerboxes. Another cool feature is that it has only one hopper unlocked (the filter one) when is not running.

This design is capable of unloading any kind of shulkerbox (empty ones too) and can deal with plain items if they get into the system by mistake. It can even sort the broken boxes out reliably. This should be the current smallest design that has all these features (i don't think it can't get any smaller than that). Another cool detail is the fact that it doesn't use any redstone dust while the previous design needed one (or an armor stand).

A new concept for a 100% automatic pumpkin farm (at least I've not found any videos about this particular concept) that exploits the fact that from 1.14 on the pumpkin give a new sound to noteblocks so we can detect that with an observer. This farm is not that efficient to be honest since there are better alternatives like this ones: youtube.com/watch?v=z3Y_cljLdj8 youtube.com/watch?v=q2Z7N_eHMIU
Some useful info about pumpkin/melon farm: -The stems needs at least a light level of 8 to be able to grow. -Pumpkin/melon can only grow on top of all dirt type blocks -The more farmlands you have around the stem the better -Having hydrated farmland will increase the rate
*A little clarification since it was argued about it being the smallest: This design is currently the smallest design that can deal with empty boxes, sorts out the empty one at the end and it's completely automatic. Volume: 35 blocks (7x5x1). *Another thing I want to underline: the armor stand sits on top of an IRON pressure plate since it will give a signal strenght lower than 15 (if the comparator is reading a 15 ss it will never be able to detect when a shulker is completely empty).
I had this design sitting around for about 2 weeks and I've finally decided to publish it since it's really cool and very compact. A huge thanks to Raffq and Commandleo who helped me to develope this contraption!
As you might already guessed it this design is 1-wide tileable using that armorstand trick (it was shown to me by Raffq), if you like a more lag-friendly alternative here a non-infinitely tileable design: imgur.com/a/rTVGw0y

If you're wondering why I've used scaffoldings, well... just to prevent the broken shulker from collinding with an other block.
