I got curious, looked up some animatics, and the inspiration machine did its work. I managed to completely tell the story of my character, Chrysanthen, through this song, and it is kind of awesome. I originally didn’t think I was ever gonna finish it in any form, but it turned out so well that I had to at least refine it a bit. Hoppers Adventure - 2023 LBP3 Level (Playthrough) One TruBlu 2023-05-24 | I got a small idea for a game and decided to make it in LittleBigPlanet 3. I Can Be - Sonic Frontiers GMV One TruBlu 2022-11-14 | [SPOILER WARNING FOR SONIC FRONTIERS]For the first time in a long time, I made a GMV :D I used to love making GMVs when I was 14, and Sonic Frontiers got me inspired so 5 years later I decided to revisit that hobby and make a new one. Sorry the editing isn't as fancy as it could be. I forgot how limiting the PS4's editing software was with its 50 clip limit. I also put a lot of time into gathering the clips. I had to play the game over again right after completing it the first time and I was just... burnt out AAAAA I'm glad I had the foresight to get the clips from the ending on my first playthrough because I did not see the third island through to the end on my second. Safe to say this probably took maybe 7-8 hours to make. It was worth it though. I'm glad I could pay tribute to both this awesome game and my old hobby all in one package. We Grew Up So Well - Omori PMV One TruBlu 2022-09-14 | Well, here it is. My first full-length PMV. Pretty crazy to have actually finished this. It took a crazy amount of hours over two weeks to complete, and rest assured that I never want to draw another Omori-styled eye again. I don't think I'll ever wrap my brain around how those things work. I do also think it ended up being much cheesier than I intended but uhhhh you know what, that’s okay.I knew from the moment I completed Omori that I had to make a video with it someday. That game made me feel feelings that I needed to get out of my head. It is officially the only game to make me cry for two hours straight at midnight a week after I completed my first playthrough. Honestly, if you haven't played this game and this video made you interested, then you should do it. It's a content-packed and unforgettable experience with amazing visuals and a beautiful story. It resonated with me to my core and it might do the same for you too. Just heed the game's content warning, of course.Important note: While this video features plenty of original art, there are many parts that were referenced or even heavily referenced from art in Omori in order to achieve an accurate look. Higher - Ark: Survival Evolved Animation Meme One TruBlu 2022-01-14 | I decided to set aside my pride and make this video I’ve always wanted to make. For over four years now, I have been OBSESSED with Ark: Aberration. That DLC for that stupid game changed my life. I have some really mixed feelings about Ark as a game, majority of which are negative, but never has anything ever made me feel the emotions that the Aberration map has. It is just so freaking awesome. Naturally, I also did everything I could to learn about the game’s story and I became so engrossed in these characters whose stories were merely told through journal entries. I’ve dedicated more time than I would like to admit to collecting and reading explorer notes. The funny thing about this all is that only like 12 people on the planet actually give a crap about this game’s story. Ark’s story is like my biggest odd interest that I can’t really talk to anyone about. I’m actually really excited that there’s gonna an animated series because hopefully it’ll introduce people to Ark’s cool lore.I was extreeeemely hesitant to make this video because either nobody knows the story or anyone who does would probably find this really “cringe”. I wanna make it clear that I’m fully aware of what I’m doing and I just wanted to get this silly idea out of my head. Anyway, since this is rather unknown I should specify that these are not my characters. These characters come directly from Ark: Survival Evolved. Their designs are based off the illustrations in the explorer notes (didn’t wanna use the show’s designs because not all the characters here have them yet, also I wasn't about to draw Santiago like Vin Diesel). Nowhere to Run - PMV One TruBlu 2021-09-23 | I’ve been in a very rough spot with my story Metal Soul as of late. I’ve been debating if I should give up, keep it, or redo it for a multitude of reasons. It’s been tough since I’ve been working on it for so long. It’s practically my baby. However, I heard this song and got an idea for a video that wouldn’t leave my head. So I made it a reality, and I’m happy I did. It really helped me dive back into Metal Soul’s current story one last time. It made me think about a lot of major story events and the issues I had with them. Thanks to this PMV with a ridiculously edgy song, I was able to realize some sort of reboot is the best thing for the story. I’m glad I fought through my doubts and the annoying art style to make it.Since the visual storytelling here is really vague, I’ll give an explanation. Big spoilers for the story of Metal Soul and it’s sequel though I don’t know how much of it I’m going to keep: Aurin, the goat sheep human man, befriended this human girl named One. She was one of Aurin’s only friends but she understandably turned her back on him when he started doing some pretty bad stuff. Things start to especially escalate after Aurin murders the king in his kingdom. In Aurin and One’s final battle, Aurin uses his powers to rip out her soul. However, One is saved by a friend who also shatters the case in Aurin’s torso where his own soul is kept, killing him. Almost a year later, Aurin’s body and soul is stolen and put back together by a rival kingdom. Being that this is the second time Aurin has had his artificially soul reattached to his body, he starts to deteriorate badly, emitting a black liquid usually only present when a soul has been completely removed from a body. Realizing he doesn’t have much time left, he wants to make things right with One. In doing so, he ends up killing someone who made her life miserable in order to make her happy. She has some mixed feelings about it though. People - Miitopia Animation Meme (Unfinished) One TruBlu 2021-07-14 | Alright, so I played Miitopia and loved it a lot. Like, a lot a lot. I made a bunch of characters from my story Metal Soul into the cast members in the game, which is why these faces probably look familiar if you know my content. I made this storyboard a couple weeks ago. I wasn’t sure if I’d ever get around to finishing it so I figured I’d just upload it. It’s much cleaner than a lot of my other storyboards as well so it sorta works as a standalone video.
