1. Eligibility
- Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence or have parental/guardian consent.
-Participants must be an individual, entering under their own name. (Not a group, business or alias)
- Employees of Merlin Archery and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
- Any use of software, algorithms, AI, bots, or any automated systems to artificially post or inflate an entry will result in disqualification.
3. Prize & Winner Selection
- The winner(s) will be selected at random or as otherwise stated in the competition announcement.
- Proof of identity may be required to qualify for the winning prize.
- The winner will be contacted via the social media platform through which they entered. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, another winner will be selected.
4. Shipping & Liability
- Merlin Archery will arrange for the prize to be shipped to the winner’s address or collected in store.
- Merlin Archery is not responsible for any import taxes or customs charges that may apply.
- Merlin Archery is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during transit.
5. General Terms
- Merlin Archery reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is not deemed to be within the spirit of the competition.
- By entering, participants agree to have their names and/or social media handles used in any promotional material related to the competition.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
- Merlin Archery reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
