This video recaps the preliminary settlement agreement filed by the plaintiffs' attorneys in a class action suit against NZXT and Fragile, citing the pair's "subscription computer" or rental computer program that we investigated in December of 2024. We previously called the program an "evil, predatory scam," and found several pieces of evidence that we believed established false advertising, misleading promotional materials, bait-and-switch tactics, and marketing towards children. Now, NZXT and Fragile have agreed in a preliminary settlement (pending Judge approval) to pay $3,450,000 in damages, restitution, debt forgiveness, and PC retention costs to the approximately 20,000 people harmed by NZXT's and Fragile's actions.

![Fractal Epoch Gaming Case Review | Thermals, Cable Management, & Build Quality
Sponsor: Thermal Grizzly Duronaut on Amazon - https://geni.us/tpgcPMw
Fractals Epoch computer case builds upon the Fractal North chassis, but swaps the front panel to accommodate larger GPUs while driving the price down. The Epoch aims to be more price competitive than Fractals other modern offerings, helping breathe life into the price category that the Pop Air has occupied. The Epoch drops the wood accent of the North, bringing it instead into price competition with the Corsair FRAME 4000D (and 4000D RS), Lian Li Lancool 207, Phanteks XT Pro Ultra, and some of Montechs neighboring (cheaper) cases. This benchmark and review analyzes the Fractal Epoch PC case against some of the best computer cases on the market.

![Noctua Case Review & Benchmarks: Thermals, Noise, Cable Management | Antec Flux Pro Noctua Edition
Sponsor: Arctic MX-7 Thermal Paste on Amazon https://geni.us/WbHJ
This review of the Antec x Noctua Flux Pro looks at thermals, build quality, fan performance of the NF-A12 G2 and NF-A14 G2 fans, and value versus the Antec Flux Pro, HAVN BF 360 Flow, HYTE X50, Lian Li Lancool 217, and other cases on the market. The Antec Flux Pro Noctua Edition is, ultimately, a Flux Pro (review linked below) but with Noctua fans and accessories, including a nicer fan hub, a keychain, some extensions, and brown colorway applied to the case. At $400, its brutally expensive. Youll get comparable performance from plenty of other cases (including the Antec Flux Pro) for cheaper, so this mostly comes down to Noctua itself.
