Here are the first riders at Six Flags Great America rushing into the Hall of Justice to ride Sally Corporation's latest installment of JUSTICE LEAGUE: Battle For Metropolis.
As they enter the Hall of Justice, visitors are immediately alerted to the dangers on the streets of Metropolis. The Joker and Lex Luthor have teamed up to use the weaknesses of the JUSTICE LEAGUE against them to kidnap and hold them in LexCorp, Lex Luthor’s corporate headquarters in downtown Metropolis. Guests are given their mission directives; find the Justice League and free them from The Joker, Lex, and their evil minions.
On May 27, 2016 - Six Flags Great America — in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC Entertainment — announced the debut of an all-new 4D interactive thrill ride, JUSTICE LEAGUE: Battle for Metropolis. This game-changing thrill ride was designed and created by Sally Corporation, the Dark Ride Specialists out of Jacksonville, FL. The interactive dark ride received global recognition as the 2015 Best New Product given by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. Additionally, it was named by USA Today readers as one of the Top Ten New Amusement Park Attractions of the year and was most recently awarded Best New Attraction by Theme Park Insider.
