Nearly one year after Melissa Casias vanished on her way to Los Alamos National Laboratory, her family has made several major announcements. They're no longer working with their private investigator, have retained a prominent New Mexico law firm, launched a new reward fund, and say their focus has officially shifted from finding Melissa to seeking justice.
