Hello dear friends, today's digital painting timelapse is a special one because I was inspired to create this piece to help contribute my support for the BLM movement 💖 Thank you all for your patience as I took some time to not just make the painting and video, but also to do my research and educate myself on systemic racism in this country. I hope that this is a turning point for change, and the passion and conviction of this movement will continue to hold strong. This is my small gesture of contributing something using my art, but I fully plan on continuing my research, donations, and involvement in my personal life outside of social media. 💕
This piece is titled "Justice", and the flowers in her hair are black-eyed susans (which symbolize justice), and the dove symbolizes hope. 🕊🌻 This was created in Adobe Photoshop on my personal work laptop (a Microsoft Surface Book from 2015 hehe) 🥰
