Stephen and I head out for a relaxed, low-pressure camping trip by the river, complete with plenty of banter, gear testing, and even a quick off-road spin on his Brompton folding bike. Our evening centers around a cozy tarp setup where I cook up an outdoor meal of caramelized steak and eggs while we catch up on the realities of being full-time creators. Despite waking up to a surprisingly frosty morning, we pack up the gear feeling refreshed and ready to head straight to a park run in Penrith.
